Obituary

Princess Amani Morman was born on August 1, 2004, to Asaad Morman and Tynette Carson in Camp Pendleton, California.  She attended schools at Quantico, Woodbridge and Manassas in Virginia.  She moved to Baconton, Georgia with her paternal grandparents, Alonzo Morman and Amanda Morman, where she attended Pathway Educational Center in Moultrie, Georgia.

Amani loved singing, dancing and playing on the Kindle, but most of all she loved her brother Asaad Morman. They were inseparable.  She was very inquisitive and had an intuitive mind.  Her aunt Vera Gilbert told her that she was a princess.  She proudly accepted the title.

Amani leaves to mourn her father, Asaad Morman (Karlesta Mitchell); mother, Tynette Carson (Joseph R. Domingue, Jr.); brothers, Asaad Morman, Mykel Mitchell; sisters, Manuia Domingue, Toylicia Mitchell, Kalisha Catlett; paternal grandmother, Amanda Morman; paternal grandfather, Alonzo Morman; maternal grandfather, Alivin Carson; aunts, Angela Williams, Anika Morman, Alice Riggins, Vera Gilbert, Pearl Quimbley, Virginia Quimbley; uncles, Sylvester (Eloise) Quimbley, Frederick (Keva) Quimbley, Craig (Darletta) White, John Roger (Linda) Moment, Frank (Mary) Morman, L. C. Riggins; cousins, Diondria Jones, Anaiyah Jones, Zayne Morman, a host of other cousins, relatives, and friends.

If tears could build a stairway,
And memories a lane,
We'd walk right up to Heaven
And bring you home again.

No farewell words were spoken
No time to say goodbye
You were gone before we knew it,
And only God knows why.

Our heart still aches in sadness
And secret tears still flow.
What it meant to lose you,
No one will ever know.
