Obituary

Annie Maud Cutliff was born September 24, 1931 in Camilla Georgia to Annie M. and Tommie L. Donerson (both deceased). Annie and her siblings grew up on a farm and she attended the local public school system. She migrated to New Jersey in the 1960's with her late husband Clemon Cutliff, Sr. where they settled in Newark, NJ. She made a living of 18 years at WG Products in Whippany, NJ. Annie resided in Orange, NJ at the time of her expiration.

Annie was loving, caring, and kept up with holiday tradition every year by making her delicious homemade banana pudding for Thanksgiving, sweet potato pies for Christmas and chitterlings, collard greens and black eyed peas for New Years. Over the years she got tired, and would say "I ain't doing this no more", but nevertheless her tenacity kept her progressing through New Years 2017. She demonstrated her self sufficiency by continuing to live on her own up until about 2 months prior to her passing. Annie cherished her photo albums filled with pictures of her family capturing good times.

Annie is survived by her daughters, Amelia Slater, Joyce Donerson, Valentina Cutliff; sons, Herbert Donerson, Clemon (Rasool) Cutliff, Jr.; brother Eugene Donerson; sister, Ella Mae Lewis; sistera-in-law, Virginia Donerson, Dora Bell Donerson; grandsons, Rashan Lynn, Jukil Donerson, Tyrese Snead, Dwayne Brown, Isaiah Carrington, Herbert (Herbie) Donerson, Brevin Donerson; granddaughters, Haneefah Donerson, Shanta' Throckmorton, Ebony Dash; 13 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives including nieces and nephews.
