Obituary
Barbara D. Carr died Saturday, July 10, 2010 at Capital Regional Medical Center.
The graveside funeral service will be conducted Saturday, July 17, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. at Oakview Cemetery.
Barbara Carr, daughter of Ollie Mae Carr and the late Andrew C. Carr, was born November 30, 1941 in Camilla, Georgia.
Barbara was the fourth oldest of ten siblings. One sibling, Fred Douglas Carr, preceded her in death.
Barbara worked for the State of Florida Department of Corrections as a counselor for seventeen years.
She is survived by a loving mother, Ollie Mae Carr of Camilla, Georgia; nine siblings, Juanita P. Carr of Novi, Michigan, Fayrandus Carr of New York, New York, Charlie Carr (Carolyn) of Newton, Georgia, Ollie Burley of Sylvester, Georgia, John Carr (Cynthia) of Putney, Georgia, Bonnie Carr of Ochlocknee, Georgia, Larry Carr (Inge) of Germany, Cynthia Williams of Valdosta, Georgia, Patricia Carr of Fayetteville, Georgia; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
