Obituary
The funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, April 4, 2012, at 1:00 p.m., at Robert Jester Mortuary. Reverend Rufus Phillips will officiate. Interment will follow in Oakview Cemetery.
Mrs. Scott, daughter of the late Annie C. (Gordon) Williams, was born April 1, 1941 in Camilla, Georgia. She was reared by a grandmother, Eliza Ann West Williams.
Mrs. Scott was educated at Camilla Consolidated School. She was united in marriage to Arthur Lee Bell, who preceded her in death. To this union one child was born, Thelma Bell. She was later united in marriage to Albert Wimberly. To this union a son, Willie C. Wimberly, was born. She was also united in marriage to Vervy Scott.
She leaves to cherish her memory a loving companion and husband, Vervy H. Scott of Camilla, Georgia; a daughter, Thelma Bell of Camilla, Georgia; a son, Willie C. Wimberly of Camilla, Georgia; two brothers, Joe A. Williams of Plant City, Florida, Jerome P. N. Jester of Camilla, Georgia; an aunt who also helped in rearing her, Lula Will Brown of Camilla, Georgia; a host of cousins, grandchildren, nieces, nepews.
