Bobby Earl Reese, son of the late Joseph Reese, Sr. and Arlena C. Reese, was born October 29, 1933 in Mitchell County, Georgia.

Bobby attended Rockdale High School.

He retired from Georgia Department of Transportation after thirty years of service.

He was united in marriage to the former Ida Mae Lyons.  To this union two children were born, Bobby Reese, Jr. and Larry Reese.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his spouse, Ida Mae Reese; a son, Bobby Reese, Jr.; a brother, Joseph Reese; and a sister, Mary L. Redden.

He departed this life on Monday, February 19, 2018 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Georgia.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories a son, Larry (Gail) Reese of Camilla, Georgia; a grandson, Larry Reese, Jr. of Camilla, Georgia; stepchildren, Gloria Lyons, Roy Lyons, Shirley Graham, Linda Mitchell of Camilla, Georgia; two sisters, Annie L. Thomas of Camilla, Georgia, Mary Esther Reese of Dothan, Alabama; two brothers, Andrew Reese of Camilla, Georgia, Roy Reese of Thomasville, Georgia; a sister, Betty Lyons of Baconton, Georgia; great niece and caretaker, Tiffany Brown of Camilla, Georgia; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and extended friends.
