Cary Jackson was born February 21, 1936 in Whigham, Georgia to the late Willie James Jackson and Mable Hunter.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, James Jackson and Eddie Lee Jackson; two sisters, Lucille Worthy and Virginia Moss.

He departed this life on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at Pelham Parkway Nursing Home in Pelham, Georgia

He leaves behind to cherish his memories a daughter, Regina Duhart of Pelham, Georgia; one son-in-law, Nathan Duhart of Pelham, Georgia; one granddaughter, Idashia Duhart of Pelham, Georgia; two brothers, Jerry Jackson of Pelham, Georgia, Willie Jackson, Jr. of Morristown, New Jersey; two sisters, Minnie Lee Battle of Pelham, Georgia, Jennell Williams of Augusta, Georgia; a host of other relatives and friends.
