Charles Edward Taylor, son of the late Robert Taylor and Evelyn Taylor, was born in Mitchell County, Georgia on December 5, 1958.

"CT", as he was affectionately called, was a former employee with Brooks Pecan Company.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Issac Taylor, Edward Johnson, and Willie James Taylor; and a sister, Delois White.

He departed this life on Saturday, April 17, 2021, in Camilla, Georgia.

He leaves to cherish his memories, a daughter, Sulonda Lyons; a grandchild, Jayden Bryant; three sisters, Elizabeth Bell, Alice (James) Shelton, Georgia (L. C.) Williams; five brothers, Robert James Taylor, Randy Taylor, Stacey Taylor, Rickey (Deborah) Taylor, Robert (Debra) Taylor; two close friends, Tyrone Oliver and Wade Bell; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
