IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Corene Fulwood
Gervin
August 8, 1932 – July 4, 2022
Corene Fulwood Gervin, 89, was born in Irwinton, Georgia on August 08, 1932, to the late Henry and Annie Pearl Smith.
Corene, affectionately called "Ms. Tina", was called home to be with the Master on Monday, July 04, 2022. She answered fervently and said farewell to this world.
Corene was a member of the Mt. Carmen Missionary Baptist Church located in Miami, Florida. She later changed her membership to Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in Camilla, Georgia. Corene worked many jobs, but she was best at being a home maker. Taking care of her kids and anyone's else that needed her. Corene was a very diverse person with many skills. Sewing was her passion. She was never short in accomplishing anything she set her mind to. Always looking forward to her new ventures.
On March 9, 1989, Corene was united in matrimony to the late John Perry Gervin, when they made Camilla their permanent home. She made many friends here and she lived her life to the fullest.
Corene was the baby girl of a large family. She was the last survivor. She had 4 children, two, who preceded her in death (Gladys Graham and Linda Stuckey Whitfield), both of Florida. She leaves behind to mourn: Robert C. Stuckey, Jr. (Paulette) of Miami, Florida, and Betty Watson of Miami, Florida. She had 16 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
