Obituary
The funeral service of Donald Mobley will be conducted Monday, May 16, 2011, at 11:00 a.m., at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery. Reverend James Bradshaw will officiate.
Donald Mobley was born February 5, 1952 in Camilla, Georgia to Jody Mobley and Rose Lee Mobley. He was a long time resident of Tampa, Florida. He attended Chamberlain High School and retired from the University of South Florida.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jody Mobley and Rose Lee Mobley; brother, Bobby Ross; grandparents, Patterson Hill, Nellie Hill; grandson, Antonio Williams.
He was called home to be with the heavenly father on May 7, 2011 at University Community Hospital in Tampa, Florida.
He leaves to cherish his memory a wife, Sheryl Haynes; two daughters, Miranda Mobley and Milinda Mobley; one son, Donovan Powell (Octavia); ten grandchildren, Torrence, Anthony, Jr., Chaveria, Xavier, Antonyo, Ciauney, Jayson, G'Naviyah, G'Montae and G'Mariyon; three sisters, Margaret Richardson, Seketha Washington (Michael Coleman), Vanessa Washington (Donald Steadman); two brothers, Willie Mobley (Rose), Vernon Mobley (Gosette Broadnax); a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and devoted friends.
