Obituary
Dontre Tramine Hudson passed peacefully on Wednesday, December 16, 2015, at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Dontre was born on December 4, 2015. During Dontre's twelve short days here on Earth, Dontre touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends. Dontre's life was a brief gift to us that will live on.
Grandparents preceding Dontre in death are Emma M. Hallman, Richard Singleton, Lee Cherry, Jimmy Frank Edmonds, Ileatha Scott, J. Hudson, Joseph Frank Larry.
Dontre is survived by parents, Gerlissa Hudson and Donterrius Hudson of Camilla, Georgia; siblings, Akia Hudson and Braylen Hudson of Camilla, Georgia; maternal grandparents, Betty Jo Edmonds of Camilla, Georgia, larry Scott of Colquitt, Georgia; paternal grandparents, Beatrice Cole and Freddie Cole of Camilla, Georgia, Tim Hudson and Yetta Hudson of Pelham, Georgia.
You were a gift sent from heaven
Given to us from God above.
We didn't know how much you would
teach us about the meaning of true love.
For true love sometimes means letting
go of someone precious and dear.
Sweet Dontre, we truly do believe
that God must have needed you more.
Perhaps to be an angel now, watching
over those of us who loved you
from the shining stars above.
We miss you more than you can know
You can never be replaced...
In our hearts and memories forever will
be your sweet and innocent sleeping face.
