Elizabeth Jones Riggins was born October 2, 1955 to the late Lenard Jones, Sr. and Ola Jones. She attended Camilla Consolidated School.
She was preceded in death by a grandson, Garrett Jermaine McIntyre, Jr.; three sisters, Gloria "Toot" Jones, Louise Flemming, and Carrie Mae Silas Stafford.
At an early age she confessed CHRIST and united with the St. John Missionary Baptist Church. Later years she started visiting the Kingdom Hall studying with the Jehovah Witness.
Sister, as she was affectionately called, was married to love of her life, Willie Riggins, for forty-seven years. They were blessed with six children.
She departed this life on Saturday, June 30, 2018, at her residence.
Elizabeth leaves to cherish her memories, a husband, Willie Riggins, Sr. of Camilla, Georgia; her children, Tammy (Jason) Riggins of Leesburg, Georgia, Willie Riggins, Jr. of Le Center, Minnesota, Curtis (Jameela) Riggins of Nashville, Tennessee, Tony (Chandrika) Riggins of Memphis, Tennessee, Dontavius Riggins of Camilla, Georgia, Corey Riggins of Cape Canaveral, Florida; six sisters, Rebecca Clayton of Camilla, Georgia, Annie (Orlando) Jackson of Port St. John, Florida, Dorothy Jones of Cocoa, Florida, Willie Mae (Artis) Elliott of Melbourne, Florida, Martha Jones of Cocoa, Florida, Mary Jones of Cocoa, Florida; a bonus sister, Mechile (Emanuel) Williams of Camilla, Georgia; four brothers, Henry (Brenda) Jones of Daytona Beach, Florida, Willie C. (Juanita) Clayton of Camilla, Georgia, Lenard "Buddy" Jones of Cocoa, Florida, Johnny Clayton of Cocoa, Florida; five brothers-in-law, Edward James (Claretha) Riggins, Jerry Riggins of Camilla, Georgia, Bobby Riggins, Edress Riggins of Miami, Florida, Robert Riggins, Jr. of Cocoa, Florida; three sisters-in-law, Louise (Earnest) Bonaparte, Susie Riggins Caison, Alice Mae Reese of Camilla, Georgia; fourteen grandchildren, Jakyria, ShaGarrian, Darrian, Tonasia, Nigel, Heaven, Harmony, Jaquavious, Demetria, Curtis, Jr., Courtney, Serenity, Amayah, and Jahmil; one special great granddaughter who she adored with all of her heart, Kaylee Davis; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
