Our Mother

To know her was to love her; No one has the opportunity to choose their own mother but we are so thankful to God that he chose you to be our mother. You, not only were our mother, but you became our very best friend.

We could tell you all our secrets, things we dared not to share elsewhere, because we knew that it would always remain "our" secret. Only a mother like you could be that kind of friend.

Many times we called, just to hear your sweet, loving voice, and to hear you say, Momma loves you.

All that is gone now, but we have all the memories of our times together.

We shall treasure them until we meet again in heaven, never again to part.

Today, we grieve for your presence, but God is giving strength.

And mother, dear Mother, we are so grateful that we could be your children.

Mother, You were just another name for "Love".

Your Children
