BIRTH: Inez Smith was born to Betty McLucas in Camilla, GA on August 18, 1965. She was later adopted by the late Robert Smith and the late Eva Harris-Smith and during their departure she was raised by the late Mattie Byrd.

EDUCATION: Inez was educated in the Mitchell County School System, and graduated from Mitchell-Baker High School in Camilla, Georgia in 1985.

RELIGION: She confessed Christ at an early age in life and later joined St. John Missionary Baptist Church in Camilla, Georgia.

Character: Inez was the "Life of the Party"! There wasn't a place she couldn't walk into and not make the room a joyous and fun place to be in. Many know her as "Ms. 2000"! Inez never went to a party because she was the party. Inez was such a loving person and full of personality. She enjoyed being with friends and family and making them laugh. She was also a giver. She would open her doors for anyone and feed anyone in need. Most importantly she was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. Inez also loved working with children at Alma's Baby World and she was also a bus driver as well. She enjoyed the finer things in life. She loved to shop, travel, cook, sing, dance, and worship God at any given time or place.

SUNSET: Inez transitioned from this earthly life on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Georgia.
