Jeremy Antoine Smith was born on March 9, 1986 in Camilla, Georgia.

He was a 2004 graduate of Mitchell-Baker High School.  He held numerous positions during his professional life, but last worked as a driver for DHL.  Though quiet in life, Jeremy's talents spoke loudly.  He was a gifted artist who could draw, paint, write and produce music, and play various instruments.  He had the ability to conceptualize, design, and build things without a pattern or model.  He was often sought out by people and organizations throughout the community for his knowledge and talents.  But more important than that, Jeremy had a big heart, a big smile, and was loved by everyone he encountered.

Jeremy transitioned this earthly life on Friday, September 22, 2023.  He was preceded in death by his father Paul Smith, his mother Sherry Drakes Brown, paternal grandparents Alfred Smith and Vera Mae Sanders Smith, and maternal grandparents Julius (Sr.) and Magdalene Drakes.

He leaves to cherish his memory a bonus father, Kenneth H. Brown, Sr.; brothers, Kenterious A. Brown, Quinterious A. Brown, and Kenneth H. Brown, Jr. (Darianna); a sister, Pristephanie Amos; nieces, Kennedi and Kendrianna Brown; nephews, Jarard and Kayden Amos; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and former co-workers who all loved him dearly.
