His lifetime religious affiliation was at Walker Street Church of God in Christ of Camilla, Georgia, where he was an astute Bible Scholar.

Mr. Haywood was a 1968 graduate of Camilla Consolidated High School.

He leaves to mourn his demise, three siblings, Deacon Clarence (Annie) Haywood of Fredricksburg, Virginia, Gwinnett King of Macon, Georgia, Richard (Stephanie) Haywood of Warner Robins, Georgia; a loving devoted special companion, Ms. Rosalind Lucas of Columbus, Georgia; three adorable god-grandchildren of Columbus, Georgia; one uncle, Noah Caesar of Houston, Texas; one aunt, Lorene Brown of Baltimore, Maryland; a host of beloved cousins, friends, and associates at Pruitt Healthcare in Macon, Georgia.
