Kelvin was a member of Union Missionary Baptist Church in Camilla, Georgia.
He graduated from Albany Technical College, Albany, Georgia, with degrees in Culinary Arts and Hotel/Restaurant/Tourism Management.
Kelvin was a veteran of the United States Army.
He departed this life on Sunday, February 1, 2015 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Georgia.
