IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Louise
Session
October 11, 1935 – August 28, 2021
Louise Session, daughter of Annie Ruth Williams and Henry Williams, was born October 11, 1935 in Lee County, Georgia.
Throughout her childhood, Louise was nurtured in the word of God. She began her fellowship with CHRIST at the Beulah Missionary Baptist Church.
She was united in marriage to Letford Session, Sr., who preceded her in death. Their union was blessed with nine children. As a wife and mother, Louise was diligent in caring for the needs of her family and ate not the bread of idleness. Over the years, she taught her children the value of hard work as she labored tirelessly at Royal Poultry in Camilla.
Devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother, caring sister, nurturing aunt, reliable cousin, and compassionate friend, Louise was a good natured, generous lady with a big heart and a pleasure to be around. She believed deeply in unconditional love, enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and delighted in helping others—never asking anything in return. In her family, she was the "calim in the storm---the glue that held them together." Her devotion and love for her family and friends; her commitment to the community, and her friendliness and kindness to all people are lasting tributes to the beauty of her heart and soul. Louise's presence and culinary treasures will be deeply missed by all who had the privileged to have known her.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by four sons, Letford Session, Jr., Robert Session, Kenneth Session, and Willie C. Session; sister, Roberta McCain; brother, Charlie Williams; son-in-law, Willie Smith.
On Saturday, August 28, 2021, her earthly journeyed ended when she answered the Master's call to come home.
She leaves to cherish her memories, two daughters, Mary Williams of Baconton, Georgia, Jeanette Smith of Pelham, Georgia; three sons, Willie James (Mary) Session of Cairo, Georgia, Lenon (Cuteisha Keaton) Session of Camilla, Georgia, Joseph (Brenda) Session of Sale City, Georgia; one brother-in-law, Sebron Session of Jacksonville, Florida; one sister-in-law, Ollie Session of Cairo, Georgia; a devoted grandchild, Jamil Bishop of Pelham, Georgia; twenty-two grandchildren; fifty-three great; two special granddaughters, Courtneya Moore and Teresa Moore of Camilla, Georgia; former daughter-in-law, Mary Jones of Camilla, Georgia; a special niece, Marie Jones of New Jersey; other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
