Obituary

Lucille Bostic Butler, daughter of the late Lovie Bostic, was born November 11, 1927 in Mitchell County, Georgia.

She was a member of Beulah Missionary Baptist Church where she served faithfully on the usher board among other auxiliaries until her health failed.  She was also a member of Post 518 American Legion Auxilary in Camilla, Georgia.

She was united in holy matrimony to Charlie L. Butler, who preceded her in death.  She was a long time employee of Mitchell (Wilgree) Manufacturing Company in Camilla, Georgia.

Bae, as she was affectionately called, was full of life and her verbal candor could be eye opening, mouth dropping, and humorous.  These things along with others will always be remembered.

On Sunday, January 29, 2017, at approximately 10:30 p.m., Bae slipped away to be with her heavenly father at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.

She leaves a legacy of memories and love to be cherished by a host of nieces and nephews - Debra Pinkins (Jeffrey W.) Marcus, Mary Pinkins Bridges, Edward Pinkins, Luscious (Veronica) Pinkins, Leroy (Delores) Pinkins, Robert H. (Theresa) Pinkins, Annie Ruth Bennett Bell, Annie Doris Bennett Byrd, Delores Bennett Oxendine, Eleanor Bennett Bullard, Gwendolyn B.
