Obituary
Makayla Renee Burden passed peacefully on Saturday, April 12, 2014. She was born at 8:35 a.m. and met the eyes of JESUS on the same day.
Makayla is deeply loved by her mother, Amanda Robinson of Pelham, Georgia; a father, Wiley Burden, Jr. of Pelham, Georgia; siblings, Montavious Lamons of Pelham, Georgia, Maaseiah Burden of Pelham, Malachi Burden of Pelham, Georgia; maternal grandparents, Annie Robinson and Kenneth Robinson of Pelham, Georgia; paternal grandparents, Loretta Moore of Pelham, Georgia, Wiley Burden, Sr. of Sylvester, Georgia; great grandparents, Lillie Bodiford of Pelham, Georgia and Martha Brown of Pelham, Georgia, Lorine Robinson of Sale City, Georgia; aunts; uncles; other surviving relatives.
Makayla gave us a lifetime of love during her short time on earth.
The graveside funeral service was conducted Wednesday, April 16, 2014, at 3:00 p.m., at Oakview Cemetery in Camilla.
You were a gift sent from heaven
Given to us from God above.
We didn't know how much you would
teach us about the meaning of true love.
For true love sometimes means letting
go of someone precious and dear.
Sweet London Sadaye, we truly do believe
that God must have needed you more.
Perhaps to be an angel now, watching
over those of us who loved you
from the shining stars above.
We miss you more than you can know
You can never be replaced...
In our hearts and memories forever will
be your sweet and innocent sleeping face.
