Mary Lois Keaton Sheppard, daughter of the late Eula Mae Foster and Tommy L. Keaton, was born February 8, 1951 in Camilla, Georgia.  Mary Lois was reared by her grandparents, the late John Jenkins and Annie Laura Ross Jenkins.

She confessed CHRIST and joined Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Camilla, Georgia.

She was united in marriage to Robert Sheppard who preceded her in death.

She was employed for twenty-three years with Mitchell Manufacturing.

Mary Lois was a 1970 graduate of Camilla Consolidated School.

In addition to her parents and grandparents, she was preceded in death by two grandsons, Quinntius Smoak and Donterius Williams; brother, James Keaton; mother-in-law; three sisters-in-law; three brothers-in-law.

She departed this life on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at her residence.

She leaves to cherish her memory, a daughter, Tonya Perry Baylom (Tyrone Oliver) of Camilla, Georgia; grandson, Randarious Perry of Moultrie, Georgia; great grandson, Daquan Williams of Baconton, Georgia; one sister, Sherry Master Goodman of Trenton, New Jersey; one nephew, Terrence Foster of Trenton, New Jersey; one aunt, Annie Lois (Bennie) Jackson of Camilla, Georgia; three uncles, L. C. (Gwendolyn) Jenkins, Eddie (Arilla) Jenkins of Camilla, Georgia, Anderson (Cheryl) Jenkins of Vienna, Georgia; sister-in-law, Elaine (Herman) Pitts of Camilla, Georgia; other relatives and friends.
