Monica Jurnae Jones was born June 20, 1974 in Camilla, Georgia to the late Lilly Mae Jones.

During the early years of her life, she attended the Mitchell County School System.  She also attended Turner Job Corps Center in Albany, Georgia.

Monica was a loving and caring mother who looked well to the ways of her household.  She diligently balanced her duties as a homemaker with her employment as a CNA.

Monica was a good natured and generous person with a big heart.  She truly enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and she delighted in helping and caring for others.  Her kindness and friendliness to all people will deeply be missed.

On Monday, April 5, 2021, she departed this earthly life and entered into eternal rest.

Fond memories will forever be cherished by her two sons, Darius Jones and Josiah Jones of Pelham, Georgia; one daughter, Na'Vaeh Jones of Pelham, Georgia; a devoted friend, Willie C. Robinson of Pelham, Georgia; six aunts; five uncles; other relatives and friends.
