Nell Alexander Little was born July 5, 1943 in Mitchell County, Georgia to Phenia Alexander and Curtis Lamare.

She attended and graduated from Bethune Cookman College and began a long term career working with Georgia Regional Hospital.

She was united in marriage to James Little.  To this union, one son, Yuri, was born.

She was a devoted member of St. Peter AME Church of Camilla, Georgia.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Phenia Sheffield; a father, Curtis Lomas; a loving husband, James Little; two daughters, Tangula Alexis Mabry and Phenia (Pat) Stafford; a son, Yuri Little.

She transitioned from this life to eternal life with her Lord on November 29, 2024.

She leaves to cherish her memories two children, David (Becky) Mabry, III of Black River, New York, Stacy (Archilles) Sheffield-Papadatos of Waldorf, Maryland.  She also leaves four grandchildren and five great grandchildren; a devoted aunt, Virginia; a special friend, Henry Johnson; a host of cousins and many loyal friends.
