Noris Lee Turner, son of the late James Turner, Sr. and Bertha Lee Turner, was born February 18, 1958 in Mitchell County, Georgia.

He confessed CHRIST and united with the Saint Mary Missionary Baptist Church.  He attended and was a graduate of Mitchell County High School in Camilla, Georgia.

He was employed with the City of Fort Hood, Texas, City of Cordele, and City of Camilla.

He departed this life on Sunday, April 21, 2019, at his residence.

He leaves to cherish his memories two daughters; three brothers, James (Grace) Turner of Baconton, Georgia, Eddie (Betty) Turner of Albany, Georgia, David Turner of Camilla, Georgia; two sisters, Pamela (Harold) Mosley of Newport News, Virginia, Shirley Brown of Camilla, Georgia; a brother-in-law, Johnny Walker of Blountstown, Florida; an aunt, Carolyn Turner of Albany, Georgia; five grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
