Obituary

Ola Mae Dunlap McIntyre was born June 9, 1934 in Mitchell County, Georgia.  She was the daughter of the late Reverend McKinley Dunlap and Jessie Mae Dunlap.  At an early age, she confessed her life to CHRIST and joined Beulah Missionary Baptist Church.  She later joined Destiny Center Church of God in Camilla, Georgia.

Ola Mae was united in marriage to Willie James McIntyre, who preceded her in death.  Ola Mae, also called "Lil Ma", was a loving and caring mother who dedicated her life to serving God and caring for her family.  She enjoyed cooking and gathering with her family, singing and praising the Lord.  She was a faithful employee and retired from Darwood Manufacturing Company in Pelham, Georgia.

On Thursday, August 20, 2020, Ola Mae's earthly journey ended when she answered her master's call to come home - "Servant Well Done."

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two daughters, Julia (Frank) Cooper and Janice McIntyre; two sisters, Willie Rene Turman and Annie Mae Dunlap; one brother, McKinley Dunlap, Jr.; one grandson, Torey Moore, and mother-in-law, Addie Sweet.

She leaves to cherish her memories her children, Annie Lois (Roy) Sanders of Homestead, Florida, Barbara (Carl) Daniels of Camilla, Georgia, Annie Grace Barney of Albany, Georgia, Willie James McIntyre, Jr. of Camilla, Georgia, Rosemary (Pastor Belvis) Ringer of Homestead, Florida, Carolyn McIntyre of Orlando, Florida, Brenda (Henry) Thomas of Albany, Georgia, Sabrina (Charles) Singletary of Moultrie, Georgia; siblings, James (Georgia) Dunlap of Orlando, Florida, Ruth (Willie) Saxon of Orlando, Florida, Earnestine (Henry) Montgomery of Hinesville, Georgia; aunts, Louise Toombs-Sibley of Albany, Georgia and Artise Toombs-Davis of Camilla, Georgia; brother-in-law, Robert Lee McIntyre of Camilla, Georgia; a special grandson, Michael McIntyre; forty-eight grandchildren; one hundred sixteen great grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
