Obituary
The graveside funeral service of Patricia Ann Edwards, will be conducted Saturday, May 23, 2009, at 1:00 p.m., at Thomas Gardens of Memory. Reverend Jimmy Johnson will officiate.
Mrs. Patricia Ann Edwards, was born on November 6, 1958 in Mitchell County, Georgia to the late Mr. Emanuel Edwards and Mrs. Willie Bell Edwards.
She was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two nephews, Malcolm Hines and Jeffrey Whitus, and a niece, Tiffany Brinson.
Patricia departed this life on Sunday, May 17, 2009, at John D. Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville, Georgia.
She leaves behind two children, one son, Fredrick Bentley, and a daughter, Valesia Sims; one brother, Emanuel Edwards, Jr.; eight sisters, Rachel Whitus, Martha (John) Flemings, Shirley (Benjamin) Butler, Gwennette (Timothy) Jackson, Sarah Herring, Vallery Hines, Linda (Eddie) Brown, Sharon Edwards; a very special friend, Hosey Wallace; a host of nieces, nephews.
