IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Robert Lee
Williams
June 25, 1944 – February 6, 2021
Robert Williams, Sr. was born on June 25, 1944 to the late Claretha Williams and George Williams.
He attended Mitchell County Consolidated School System.
He was united in holy matrimony on August 8, 1970 to Lottie Martin.
At an early age, Robert was baptized at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. He later moved his membership to Brown Chapel Church where he served on the deacon board and sung in the choir.
Robert worked for Goody's Factory for ten years. He later became employed with Powell Farms for 40 plus years until retirement.
Robert, affectionately known to most as "Uncle Robert", will be truly missed. He often times joked with his love ones as well as friends he encountered. His legacy will live on forever through his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, as he was a father to all of them.
On February 6, 2021, God saw his soldier getting weary and called him home to rest.
He departed this life at Doctor's Hospital in Augusta, Georgia.
