Ronald Butts was born on February 23, 1972 in Colquitt County, Georgia to Geraldine Mobley and the late Orlando Butts.
He confessed CHRIST at an early age at Bethlehem Sly in Moultrie, Georgia. On April 23, 2017, he united with the St. Mary Missionary Baptist Church in Baconton, Georgia under the leadership of Reverend Ananias Hopkins, III.
Ronald graduated from Colquitt County High School with the class of 1991. For nearly thirty years he was a carpenter and owned and operated The Best Little Store in Georgia. Shortly after, he built up Georgia-Florida Construction, his very own construction business, where he worked day and night to provide for his family.
He was united in marriage on March 24, 2001 to the former Pamela Lyons. To this union three beautiful daughters were born: Kennedi-Keairah, D'Amber-Sade, and Raven-Symone. Later they gained a Goddaughter: Jaloni Ci'Riyah Sanders/Butts.
He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers.
He leaves to cherish his memories with his loving and devoted wife, Pamela Butts of Camilla, Georgia, three magnificent children, Kennedi Butts of Valdosta, Georgia, D'Amber and Raven Butts of Camilla, Georgia, Goddaughter Jaloni Sanders/Butts of Camilla, Georgia. His mother Geraldine Mobley of Moultrie, Georgia, his sister, Cathy (Lonnie) Butts of Moultrie, Georgia; one brother, Damien Spencer of Williams Port, Pennsylvania; mother in law; Gloria (James) Lyons of Camilla, Georgia; father in law; Shedderick Smith of Camilla, Georgia; sisters in law; Donna (Ken) Martin of Pelham, Georgia, Shonda Childs of Atlanta, Georgia; brothers in law, Derek Hill of Clarksville, Tennessee, Derris Hill of Jacksonville, Florida, Tomonz Lyons of Camilla, Georgia, Terrence Dewberry of Pelham, Georgia, Tughamaha Lyons of Camilla, Georgia, and Dexter (Carolyn) Smith of Camilla, Georgia; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
