Roy Lee Robinson was born March 11, 1945 in Mitchell County, Georgia, to the late Samuel Robinson and Katie Mae Robinson.

"Wild Bill", as he was called by his family, was a heavy machine operator.  He did landscaping and pulp wooding.  He was a jack of all trade and enjoyed what he did.

He departed this life on Thursday, September 26, 2024, at Archbold Medical Center in Thomasville, Georgia.

He leaves to cherish his memories, ten siblings, Willie (Barbara) Robinson of Miami, Florida, Mary Armstrong of Bradenton, Florida, Dorothy (Calvin) Jones, Lucille Johnson of Miami, Florida, Gwendolyn Minatee, Benjamin Robinson, Brenda Robinson, Kennie (Donna) Robinson, Sr. of Camilla, Georgia, Gilda (Anthony) Baker and Hilda Shelton of St. Cloud, Florida; a devoted caregiver, Marla Gardner; a special great niece, Ariel Gardner (Sugar Bear); special nephews, Andy Gardner, Jimmy Gardner; a host of nieces, nephews, and family.
