Timothy Jermaine Minatee, Sr. was born to Kenneth Minatee, Sr. and Gwendolyn Robinson Minatee in Camilla, Georgia.

At an early age, he joined Brown Chapel C.M.E. Church.

Timothy graduated from Mitchell -Baker High School in 1996.  He was a member of the marching band. Following high school graduation, he enlisted in the United States Army where he served until his honorable discharge in 2001.

He went on to serve through his employment at the Marine Corp Logistics Base until his retirement in 2016. He enjoyed grilling and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Minatee, Sr.

Timothy transitioned to his heavenly home on Sunday, January 1, 2023.

Timothy is survived by his son, Timothy Jermaine Minatee, Jr. and daughters, Jordyn Timiah Minatee, and Akeria Bryant, of Camilla, Georgia; his mother, Gwendolyn Robinson Minatee of Camilla, Georgia; sister, Tracey (Maurice) Young, of Ellenwood, Georgia; brothers, Kenneth Minatee, Jr. of Albany, Georgia, and Eric (Mashae) Minatee, of Newton, Georgia; nephews and nieces, Quatarius, Nicholas, Terrence, Jr., Erica, Kenneth, III, Willie Albert, Sha'Erica, De'Erica, and Denton.
