Tony Lamar Brown, Sr. departed this life on Wednesday, August 31, 2022.   Tony was born on August 21, 1970 to the late Robert Brown, Sr. and Betty Brown. He was cherished by his sons, Tony Lamar Brown, Jr. of Camilla, Georgia and Kavarius Brown of Albany, Georgia. He was also the beloved brother of Robert L. Brown, Jr. of Albany, Georgia, Kenneth H. Brown, Sr. (Sherry), Cynthia R. Marcus, Ann Brown Burley (Craig), and Bridget D. Brown, all of Camilla, Georgia,  Russell A. Brown, Sr. of Marietta, Georgia,  and Betty Brown Williams of Columbus, Georgia; Donna Williams (preceded him in death); Twiyla Hill and Vickie Jackson of Camilla, Georgia;  Annie Jones Jackson (Orlando) of Cocoa Beach, Florida, and Tim Brown (Denise) of St. Petersburg, Florida.

At an early age he gave his life to CHRIST and united with Beulah Missionary Baptist Church, where he attended Sunday School, worship service, and served as an Usher.

Tony was a graduate of Mitchell-Baker High School Class of 1990.  He also graduated from two technical colleges and earned certifications in Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology from South Georgia Technical College in Americus, Georgia and Cosmetology for Barbers from Albany Technical College. After college, he completed an Apprenticeship under the tutelage of the late John Florence, Sr. (aka Jitter).  After receiving his certification, he became a licensed Barber and has practiced independently for over 25 years.   Also, for the past two and a half years he has been employed full time with FPL Foods, LLC as a Refrigeration Technician.

Tony had several nieces and nephews who loved him dearly:  Latoya Brown, Kentarrious Brown, Quintarrious Brown, Kenneth Brown, Jr., Jeremy Smith, Ricardo Brown, Darnisha Butler, Aeria Muchirahondo (Patrick), Eboni Seay, Jameka Williford (preceded him in death), Sheena Taylor (Robert), Alan Marcus, Russell Brown, Jr., Aisha Brown, Demi Williams, Jasmine Burley, and Brittany Burley; one uncle, Benjamin Brown (Elvira); one aunt, Annie Ruth Toombs; a host of great nieces and nephews, first cousins, other relatives, and friends.
