Veronica Marie Jackson was born to the late Perry Jackson and Bessie Lee Jackson on May 11, 1960 in Camilla, Georgia.

Affectionately known as "Pot" or "Ronnie", Veronica attended St. Mary Missionary Baptist Church in Baconton, Georgia.  She also attended Mitchell-Baker Training Center in Camilla, Georgia.

Some of Veronica's likes included taking rides down the highway, eating her favorite coconut cake, going to Krispy Chik getting a three-piece box.  She enjoyed going to stores getting a bag of snacks.

Veronica loved to talk about her family and remembered all of her relatives.  Her most favorite past-time was dipping her snuff.

Veronica departed this life on Monday, April 3, 2023, at her residence.

She leaves to cherish her memories, a sister, Romona L. Jackson of Camilla, Georgia; four aunts, Elena Williams of Pelham, Georgia, Francis Brown (Billy) of Camilla, Georgia, Betty Williams of Thomasville, Georgia; two uncles, Johnny Williams (Mary) of Albany, Georgia, Cecil Williams of Lancaster, California; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends
