Obituary
The funeral service will be conducted Friday, December 30, 2011, at 12:00 noon, at Beulah Baptist Church, 170 Griffin Street, NW, Atlanta, Georgia. Reverend Riggins Earl, pastor. Reverend Dr. Fogle will officiate.
Interment will follow Saturday, December 31, 2011, at 12:00 noon, at Oak Grove A.M.E. Church Cemetery, 7141 Pipeline Road, Camilla, Georgia.
Ms. Williams was the daughter of the late Spurgeon Robinson and Maggie Peoples Robinson.
Survivors include two daughters, Karen Tatum (Reginald) and Cherry Diane Kendrick (Milton Kendrick, deceased) of Atlanta, Georgia; two sons, Lawrence W. Williams, Jr. (Paulette) of Atlanta, Georgia, Keith Lamar Williams of LaGrange, Georgia; three brothers-in-law, George F. Williams (Karen), Robin L. Williams, Fulton Williams (Carrie); two sisters-in-law, Mary Williams, Redinia Ann Williams Grissom; ten wonderful grandchildren; nephew, Joseph Robinson, Jr. of Thomasville, Georgia; several nieces and nephews.
The LORD Is My Shepherd
The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Yea,
though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no
evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.
