Willie James Davis, often called "Bell" or Jr., was born April 17, 1946 to the late Mr. Columbus Bell and Mrs. Leola Bell of Camilla, Georgia.

Willie James attended Camilla Consolidated High School before moving to Steubenville, Ohio, where he completed his education. Willie James worked for the City of Camilla as a gas lineman until his health failed.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Nathaniel Thompson.

Willie, "PaPa", departed this life on Friday, April 18, 2025 at Archbold Living Camilla.

Our beloved father, grandfather leaves to cherish his fond and loving memories to his wife and caretaker of many years, Denise Willis Davis; four children, Kronya Davis, Quintin Davis, LaCondria Willis of Camilla, Georgia, Sheila Harris of Valdosta, Georgia; five sisters, Martha Cabiness, Mary Ann Peoples, Teresa Bell, Rita Haywood, Dorothy Hill; two brothers, Bobby Bell and Jerome Bell; seven grandkids, Nathaniel Thompson, Jr., Derykah Yates, Tezani Willis, Jordan Tianna Thompson, Zakhia Willis, Daylen Coklow; a very special grandson, Dorrien Douglas; two great grands, Skylar Johnson, Ja'Byrian Johnson, Jr.; two aunts, Ethel Burks of Albany, Georgia, Christine Perry of Atlanta, Georgia; five sisters-in-law; three brothers-in-law; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
