Willie C. Davis was born on October 19, 1955 the late Joe A. Davis and Leola Lewis Davis in Mitchell County, Georgia.

He was educated in the public schools of Mitchell County.

Affectionately known as Bro, he was excellent in carpentry and gardening.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a life partner, Ahunna Dykes.

He transitioned from this life on Wednesday, December 25, 2024, at Colquitt Senior Care in Moultrie, Georgia. He leaves to cherish his memories, children, Consandra Davis of Norfolk, Virginia, Willie C. (Retha) Davis, Jr. of Bainbridge, Georgia, Jessica (Kenneth) Davis-Reese of Meigs, Georgia, Quienton Davis of Pelham, Georgia; nine sisters, Lorene Davis, Mattie Thomas, Linda (Ramon) Kennebrew, Mae Ola Davis of Albany, Georgia, Carolyn Clayton of Tallahassee, Florida, Earnestine (Lawrence) Green of Leesburg, Georgia, Mary Smith of Pelham, Georgia, Lillian (Willie) Reddick of Thomasville, Georgia, Janice Lewis of Sylvester, Georgia; five brothers, Charlie Davis of Camilla, Georgia, Joe A. Davis, III of Germany, Charles (Kay) Davis of Valdosta, Georgia, James (Deborah) Davis of Baconton, Georgia, Samuel Davis of Albany, Georgia; two aunts, two uncles; seventeen grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
