Born on May 9, 1951, in Camilla, Georgia, Willie touched countless lives through his unwavering commitment to law enforcement and his warm, welcoming personality.

A proud graduate of Mitchell County High School’s class of 1971, Willie embarked on a lifelong career in public service from the young age of 18. His great sense of humor and welcoming nature made him a cherished friend and confidant. In his personal time, Willie enjoyed working in his yard, fixing things, and spending cherished moments with his grandchildren—activities that brought him great joy and satisfaction.
