Wilnisha Mathis, died Wednesday, November 21, 2012, at Mitchell County Hospital.
Survivors include a sister, LaTia Walker of Belgrave, Florida; an adopted father, James (Henrietta Davis) Calhoun of Camilla, Georgia; an adopted sister, Letitia Calhoun of Pelham, Georgia; an adopted brother, Anthony Calhoun of Camilla, Georgia; a niece, Zakirria Felton of Belgrave, Florida; a great aunt, Hazel Saenz of Belgrave, Florida.
A memorial service is scheduled to celebrate the life of Wilnisha Mathis.

I have so many things to see and do,
You mustn't tie yourself to me with too many tears,
But be thankful we had so many good years.
I gave you my love, and you can only guess
How much you've given me in happiness.
I thank you for the love that you have shown,
But now it is time I traveled on alone.

So treasure the memories within your heart.
